Hello. Here is a little something I did last year but never gotten around to texturing.
It will probably still be a while until I do. Its an SMG/PDW model that I mostly based on a concept from the 2008 Turok flop.
I removed most SF nonsense from the blueprint and tried to replace it with functional parts such as a folding stock.

I justify its bulky design for it being a futuristic weapon that fires a new cartridge that requires special cooling. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Next will be finalizing the bar pack. 2 people already expressed interest in that and I dont want to disappoint

Thanks! I'll get to it eventually.

Bugsy asked me a few weeks ago to retexture this gun for his project "Neotokyo Kshatriya"
Keep in mind that this is not my model or UV, I just did the new stylisation.

It has no shader maps applied to it.

If you mean if its the colt 1911 from game guru, then no. Bugsy is making his own animations and relies on a less jarring rig than the stock GG one. You can see the anims for this pistol model here.
Give his channel a browse for more gun rigs and animations. They are really really good. Sometimes they use textures from me as well

Acythian uses animations from him as well. Example.

If you mean if its a colt 1911 mechanically, then yes. Altough heavily modernized. Infinity firearms makes custom 1911s. LINK

The animation looks great, i would be need in the future a TT tokarev animation(i think until this i mastered blender good enough to make the model 4 myself)
My first idea was to retexture the colt and change the firesound but it looks dont very convincingly.
tokarev

colt

Is he taking jobs?4 free or pay doesnt matter.

Haha! No, you can't retexture a 1911 to look like a Tokarev.

If you have a Tokarev model, you'd have to ask Bugsy himself if he takes the job. I highly doubt he'd want to animate using GG's hands though but I can't speak for him.

Hello!

@Belidos: Thank you! Most of it is improvised, but some of it is also based on SF artwork I collect.

@Devlin: Thats good to know, but the whole thing with the mech having holes in it has been solved. Its been a few years ago.

Hey everyone. Here is a bit of a collection of recent stuff I made. Now the quality on these ain't stellar because most of them have been made for my project. I tend to make things I only craft for myself a lot simpler than once I aim to end up selling because I usually know how I want to complement it with other props later or how much of it will be visible by the player.
I also found another screenshot of a character I made and rigged yeeeeears ago and added it here for completion sake. Also because I really liked the style of the project I had going on back then and am still a bit sour about never being able to complete it...or at least hammer out a broken conceputal demo thingie like I usually do.

Now for the more recent and less interesting stuff:

This is something you can actually grab on my store page. Its a simple lowpoly table that I use as a work-bench type item to load energy weapon batteries in my game. There is a closed version as well.

Some architectural shenanigans. I am looking forward to having a lot of the more seedy areas in my girlfriend using kind of a cyberpunk-gothic architecture and I'll probably end up making a lot of these.

Same with this, I need quite a few more "neutral" neon signs for level design. The goal is to just be able to start on any idea eventually without ending up in prop-creation hell before I can just fire up some music and relax making a level.

Thats all for now

A set of pipes for an FPSC title soon to be released. In order to finish these quickly I sourced texture parts from cosmic prophets old free packs.

Wolf. If i look at these last two pics you have uploaded, man , Those scenes are out of this world it looks supper cool.
And those guns , i am sure that if one day ( if ever ) my Guns Of Solo would be decent enough to be released , those would be the kind of Guns that Solo would need for his trademark in the game, not the normal stock models that i am working with now. i can picture it in my mind those guns as double guns each in one hand just ripping the baddies in two pieces.

Hope you are not going anywhere soon , because i think i might come and see you for some guns as soon as my budget allow's it.

A set of fuseboxes...because you can never have enough of those.

A set of public news terminals and E-readers. A great and simple way to dump optional lore on the player.

Soda can drinks to detail a level with. Adds a bit of personality.

A pillar! Level architecture is always important in SF

Time to resurrect this thread:

This is just some of the stuff I have made for my project recently:

A small market building. Picture this surrounded by market and street food stalls

More pipes, always good to have.

Iron detail prop for architecture. It serves no tangible purpose.

Yes Fuseboxes yet again.

a rounded and battered terminal. Honestly, I rushed this one.

Some slightly excentric architectural probs. Larger structures to give an area a bit more personality than just "concrete bunker"

a ventilation chute

And that is all for now folks, thanks for taking a peek!

Hello!

Its been a hot minute since the last time I updated this thread. Well that is because I mostly didn't make any interesting models. All the stuff I did in the past ...well...year where simple things to fill a gap in a level. I have a list here of all such things.
Some of these are very simplistic as they have been made to be put in some map corner or so for the game Spectre.

These are advertisement panels you'd see in your city. Just with a more worn and industrial look to them to fit in my scifi-cyberpunk world.
I made a few more than the ones shown here to have variety but this gives you a pretty complete impression.

Heavy containment barrels for the chemical industry. In clean(ish) and worn variant. Its an ugly prop but its useful as you can see it liven up that grimy scene. (its not used as a barrel here, but thats the cool thing about making something scifi or fantasy, you can improvise)

Worn server rigs. I know anyone who knows a lot about hardware and recognizes the parts I misused here will cringe...but I think it looks okay.

Laser trip wire for spectre. These can make for some decent environmental puzzles. Their low poly and low quality but I doubt that the player will want to get too close to examine these.

Rounded signs. Not much to tell except that I wanted to have some alternatives to simple textured rectangles for signs.

Pretty hack, but its low poly and easy on performance. This has been made to cover up a background wall with some tech-stuff to keep an overall rusty, worn, industrial vibe.

Just a bench in my style.

Portable military barriers. I didn't want to use sandbags and concrete slabs only as those seemed a bit too "low tech" for the setting.
So I made these.

Another fuse box. I made this using concept art I found only, this wasn't intended for my game but was used to teach a friend how to model.

Bulky, heavy industrial street lamps. These can be downloaded for free here.

Thanks for dropping by! Your opinion is, as always, appreciated.
