Please leave your browser version and screen resolution with all bug reports. If commenting on the admin area of the store please leave your full artist name also.



FAQ's

Q: I try to login to the FPSCR store downloader and I get an invalid password error, my details are correct.

A: You have not yet agreed to the terms and conditions, please login here first http://tgcstore.net/en/?md=login



Q: I have not received my gold/silver pledge packs, it shows no items to download.

A: You have not yet logged into the online store this is what issues packs, please login here first http://tgcstore.net/en/?md=login



Q: I cannot see the grasses/skyboxes I have downloaded?

A: Grasses and Skyboxes will not appear in the entity menu in the editor, they only show up on the in-game menus. If you still cannot see these items please restart the FPSCR editor and they should appear.

Logged in to store, set up my Artist Account : SuperClark

uploaded a free Item to store that went fine.





browser is FireFox v28.0



1366 x 768 Screen Resolution





You have to login to store in reloaded to down load the Free Packs

for Silver & Gold Pledges, as it does not state on Store Page

to do this to get these Packs. Might be an idea to add that to the

information.

Sorry this is not clear for pack holders, if you purchased the item you would see the instructions on how to download. We will make this clearer for others.



You need to open FPSCR and go to the file menu, choose "download store items", next login with your store account and you will be shown how many items you have to download. Just click download to get all the items downloaded to your FPSCR.

Yeh we are discussing this now, bit of an oversight on our part.

Think there is an issue with the Grasses pack as it says it has downloaded them

but when I go to the grasses section it still only the beta 1.5 collection

I have checked the Foliage section but they are not in that section either.

Perhaps make it download in the background so you can carry on editing? I'm imagining when people have a lot of stuff they might need to download and especially if they have a slow connection?

Nothing to download. is all i get, so I guess it still not right....

all it says is I already own these items.



they are not in any folders.

Hi there



Nice Store function inside Reloaded. I think it may also be nice to know what i am downloading. Anywhere in the store web site that tells me what i have downloaded? If i were to re-install Reloaded, can i still download the stuff again?

If you go to the "Account" link in the top right of the store then click the "View purchased items" button you will see a list of all the items you own, these will all be downloaded in FPSCR if they are not currently there. This version of the store does not let you choose what to download you get everything synced.



You may download your items unlimited numbers of times.

If i tried to download the pack i get this error.

Try adding an exception to your firewall and antivirus to ensure that they are not blocking FPSCR when it is trying to contact the server.

We are working on that issue at the moment, we don't know what causes it yet but the theory at the moment is the files corrupt when downloading... so for now try to download again.

Hello guys,

I discover two issues here too.

When the program starts , the map is blinking and when I select one entity then the map stop blinking. This is the first issue and the second one,

when the program starts I have one error.



Runtime error 118: Array does not exist or array subscript out of bounds at line 8288.



Also , is it possible to not load the last session?



Might the last session (The map was created with previous version is not compatible).



For now I discover these 2 or 3 issues. The loading of last session is not an issue but is it possible to be deactivated.

Grasses Packs? Not sure if what we are supposed to have in total

with the new version but I have attached all Foliage Content Images

and the grasses currently in Reloaded.

not match any of the titles i can see in the grasses folder so am

I missing somthing here? or just going insane?

The grasses are not entities they are terrain grasses, you change them in the drop down in game have a look there you should see your list is much bigger than before.



If you can't see them then please restart your editor.

im guessing you need to put grass in lvl 1st?!.



edit

ok just did a quick test of the 1st 4 grasses..

after spraying grass into game then goto testing changing grasses was easy and worked perfectly.

evga GeForce gtx 750 ti boost2.0 2gb gddr5. win 8.1 quad core 4gb ram.

LoL yep missed paint the grass wax on wax off ... is there an option

to have a mixture of grasses as when you select 1 then another it chages

the prevoius grass to the new one?

@Super Clark your trying to change the grass from the drop in menu via vegetation yet you have not sprayed any grass on your map yet. The "grass" you see on your map already is actually the terrain=grass. EDIT: Just noticed you have found that out my bad

I guess I will need to go hammer IE with some debugging, I never really tested the store rigorously on IE will do for future updates.

Thanks it took a lot of changing the code from the old store but it works very well for a first version and can only get better from here on.

At the moment the payment via PayPal is not working but it is in the list to get working. As a result you currently have to invoice when your account reaches $100USD. However you are correct in thinking once the PayPal system works you won't have to wait your earnings will be auto sent at the end of each month.

Downloaded the new update.



When run under admin access, it pauses at the "checking files for you" until I hit the Enter key. At that point the windows error window pops up, "First Person Interface has stopped working".... unable to go any further.



Also, can check into most of the site but the store "accept terms.........." page refuses to take my actual sign in information that works everywhere else.

@Duff : If you can reset your PC, then make a small video of the proceedings when you try to run the software, I can get a better idea what is happening. Make sure you Run As Administrator for this beta to ensure you get full write access.

take a look in the top right corner of the store page you will see a P (for points ) click on that & you can buy points there.500 points = $5 etc

I have a question/idea for store perhaps.



is it possible to sell confirmed working scripts?. there gonna be needed and im sure good scripters doing scripts for free will be hard to come by.

the picture of the script could be a quick vid of it working, maybe?



tgc could even write some if not a lot of scripts when reloaded is capable of using them all, as lua is not 100% in reloaded yet it would be awhile for this perhaps but forward planning is key so.



might be something helpful for those that cant do this sort of thing like scripting/modelling??.

We are starting off with entities, as entities are the best way to show off what the script can do. Maybe when there is more demand for scripts-only and we have a better way to show, edit and visually debug LUA scripts will the idea of selling scripts come into it's own.

I can confirm that using a browser other than Internet Explorer has fixed store issues for 99% of users. Please follow The Next's advice and report back should you still have issues.

Hello chaps, I imagine this has already been covered but haven't seen it offhand . All the entities on there have prices at the moment, but will it also be possible to distribute free +/- royalty free media too using this? I'm just starting out making a few things for fun rather than anything commercial, and whilst I wouldn't be able to put anything up worth paying for it might be a handy hub for 'hobby' users to share helpful stuff too?

how can I download the veg pack? when I go to the store view purchased there is no download link for it. it just lets me view it.

The downloader is in the file menu of FPSCR just login with your store account.

yes I understand lee m8, was just an idea for the store for later on when scripting is truly full and ready with reloaded.
