No the models are released after the other models. I am almost sure .. but that does not matter. The problem is that the models are not displayed in "Categories".

Only in "packs". Is that intentional?

You have selected the items to be Pack only so they won't show in category view and won't show in latest released models as they are not just one model.



A latest packs section is coming soon, and the twitter feed will support packs also.



Your pack will only show on that one page at the moment.

Edit: Oh I have one more question. Does anyone else have problems with the look of the store on mobile devices? it is all in one line/edge and not in the right place.on. it seams to be bugy.

perhaps its only on my old iphone....

was downloading the horror pack to Reloaded and this error::: reloaded\files\editors\temp\_92_.000 was not found and it crashed.



Restarted Reloaded and it has been 30 minutes and it is still checking files for you. No Error catching in Reloaded yet?



OK running Kill process to clean and try again..

3rd attempt at Horror, and Reloaded started so I go to the store and it starts downloading, 55 items and instantly I get Reloaded\Files\Editors\temp_0_000 was not found.



You may want to know that when you get the error screen to close FPSC and you click the button, A second copy of FPSC-MapEditor.exe it still running which causes a restart of Reloaded to fail.



4th attempt at Horror. Reloaded started.. after closing FPSC-MapEditor.exe that was still active after clicking close application error popup with Killit Downloading Crypt (Overgrown), 1 file of 55...



Success..

In the temp folder there is 5.954KB _92_.zip which is not a compressed file and two empty sub directories entitybank and vegbank

They are well known errors in V1.006 when V1.007 is released you shouldn't have that issue as they have been patched we are aware of the issues with the downloader.



Just wipe the left over folders from the TEMP folder the downloader should have done that if it wasn't buggy.

Weird! I'm logged into my store account. It says I have 4,000 points. I am TRYING to buy the road systems by Rolfy (I think) and every time I add the asset to my cart, it says it added each one but then I go to the cart and nothing is there.



Can anyone explain how to buy stuff in the asset store?

You are doing it right there is a known bug, just clear the sites cookies and it will work again for you. I have a fix coming for this one very soon.

How about removing the things I already have or a filter for it? I cant buy it again, already know what it is and what it looks like, Be easier to navigate and find stuff if it wasnt hidden by the stuff we have.



And who sets the prices for the Items?

I cant add the storage container pack to my cart, IF i can actually click that lil tiny area at the bottom of add to cart button, it says its in there but then isnt when I go to use my points.



If I cant buy the pack, remove it. If its a WIP to allow us to buy it, remove it until fixed. I cant see using my points and pay 300 points when I can get all 3 for 200 right?

Nope, cant buy anything. I add items to my cart, then go to check out page and its all gone. i added the red chair from Henry Ham and then went back to the previous page and the items just leave my cart. Ive tried it with each and every item I doi not have including the latest desert pack. 4000 points for what? I cant use em.



Edit, working now with Scroogle (Google) not FireFox which is my preferred browser atm.

How can I stop something being downloaded from the store ?

I had Rolfys free sky "Tech Moon" but suddenly had issues..



So I uninstalled everything...Deleted directories and started again....However when I downloaded my items from the store the sky came down again with it ?



And the next question your going to ask

since putting the tech moon on I have in my sky menu a "Rolfy" and a "Rolfy/Techmoon" if I just select "Rolfy" I get a black screen and it stays locked .. The Rolfy/Techmoon does work but im trying to remove the other that crashes my reloaded ?

Ok I deleted the Rolfy Directory from the Sky bank and that solved the problem so it must be the techmoon that puts the two rolfy selections in the menu ?



But it still begs the question when I install V1007 and download my store items its going to come down again..

Depends how you pay, when did you buy you points? sometimes it can take 48 hours if you pay by PayPal as we have to have confirmation of payment before points are given.

Ye Its weird...perhaps Rolfy can look into it...But if you delete the Rolfy Directory from the Skybank it will remove both

Can you move the actual skybox from that folder, put it on your desktop temporarily so that you can delete the other folders, then make a new folder for it and put it there? Im sure this has been tried and wanted to see if any one else has done it before I try it. I have the same issues.



EDIT, I removed both skies from the folder to my desktop, deleted the rolfy folder then just placed the skies in the sky bank folder just like all the others, it works.

Actually that makes sense....It was probably meant to do that on installation...Its the fact it makes its own folder that gives the extra Rolfy in the menu

I have to say...



The packs and models are awesome value for money...I have grabbed all the packs now and to think the Desert pack is only 1800 points ( about 10 quid in the uk ) and the Horror pack at only 2000 points compared to the £35 to £40 for x9/10 packs.



Will the X9 packs ever go as cheap so we can rip more useful assets for reloaded...There is a lot of stuff we can still use from them

Sadly, the next time you try to download from the store again, they come down again.

I checked out the folder structure I uploaded to the store and it's as it should be, something is happening on installation when down loaded.



These skyboxes were a few of the first assets to be put up to the store and may have been confused with entity uploads which are placed automatically into a folder with the creators name, the skyboxes shouldn't have a 'rolfy' folder they are zipped up into a skybank folder only.

This will be fixed in V1.007 there is no issue with the store or the artists media it is an engine issue with the new way the skies work.

Would it be possible to have a download count on each item when viewing them as lists? See attached for what I mean by lists.

@rolfy yes I noticed this when they first came out, it left an empty skybox in my list that when you select will lock up the engine. I think it was the campagna or something one. They changed the folder structure and it messed up a game demo I made that
