Hi all
@Vamsly Productions.
In the FPE:
desc = can be anything you want,
model = must be the same name used for the .x, the bmp, and the FPE, in File Explorer
texture = can also be anything you want, but must be the same name used for all your .dds files. This makes it possible for several models to share textures.
Example
FPE:
desc = my barrel
texture = my_barn_set_D.dds
model = mybarrel.x
File Explorer:
mybarrel.bmp
mybarrel.fpe
mybarrel.x
my_barn_set_D.dds
my_barn_set_I.dds
my_barn_set_N.dds
my_barn_set_S.dds
Also, don't make changes while the engine is running - GG does not like to multi task
. Close Game Guru make the changes, then restart your engine.
With regard to cycles I agree with Belidos, it is way more complicated than Blender Render, and for game engine models it is much easier to make you textures using external programs.
