Certainly. Learning the functions and methods to script is going to be your friend.
But it will come with beginner grief and challenge your ambition and perseverance.
The reward is your own creation. Study global.lua (but don't change it!)
Thinking on this chore, it sounds a bit complicated to find the angles in relation to
one another to determine #up. That would have been a cinch for AmenMoses who
wrote the pickuppable script, (+ primary quaternion quests).
So maybe use what you have-- random throws. Fake the dice throw, dropping them
will be easy. Then just use sprites that appear according to your random selections.
