now game guru max is come up, and some features that promised for gg classic never come to this engine . At least show us a feature to handle multiplayer without uploading and downloading over and over. there is no guarantee for multi player on gg max too. i dont want lose both sides without handling multiplayer.

Hmm, multiplayer was, apart from the ability to play matches with friends, never a strong suit of GG and will likely not be much better in max.
There is little reason for it as its next to impossible to launch a multiplayer game and retain enough players for it to live on long enough.

There is another sensible solution. Delete these two sentences and be honest with yourself:

Host and share your game via Steam multiplayer.
Create standalone multiplayer games, no need to own GameGuru MAX to play saved multiplayer games.

I think if they found a way to add custom scripts and models to multiplayer, which our
neighbors down the hall are discussing right now...
it would become popular and then there would be a reason to obtain a dedicated server.
People might even subscribe...?

In fact to begin with, maybe a dedicated server would be the key to accepting custom
scripts and models? I'm not at all versed upon the technical criteria...

And yes, they probably should remove the advertisement for GGMAX Multiplayer until that
functionality is proven- otherwise, isn't it a false claim? Because contrarily, they say there
"are no plans" for MP upon release-- did I hear wrong?

Edit: so I checked on the latest @ GGMAX; TGC website doesn't claim any Multiplayer support,
but Steam mentions it briefly in passing... so it's definitely NOT advertised center stage currently.

Standalone MP using Photon is planned for Max it will not be in the first release.
Call the first release Beta, Early Access whatever you want but they want to get the single Player experience spot on first so they have a good base to build the MP on.
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

More workers doesn't always mean better work or faster work.

For example, to add a new worker would mean that Lee or someone else would either have to work more to bring the person up to speed or cut into their existing work time to bring them up to speed. Both of which cost time and money that they probably have assessed would not be worth the return of adding more people to the team.

Actually they are looking for a junior dev, why not go for it if you have dev skills

Any limits on the engine can be overcome with imagination, creativity, and effort. Do not buy a car if you want to fly, if a car is all you have then build some wings.

This engine is such hard work, you can tell. Until they have more employees, some features really aren't going to be fitting for release despite their best efforts. Maybe offer your employment if you feel you can help. I think that's the best way to go!
