"F:\Program Files (x86)\" isn't the same as "F:\Program Files\". Can you confirm that you have a "F:\Program Files\" folder?

EDIT: Missed the part below where you said you have tried in other folders as well. Are you running the application as administrator? I wonder if it's a permissions issue.

I have same issue trying to download the new update, keep in mind I purchase GGMax from gameguru not from steam. I also run it as admin and still failed to update.

Hi all, i still have problems to install GGmax.
It does not matter were i want to install i still get the same Error. ............ File list failed to parse
Does anyone Mabey have some help for me.

NB . Also i want to know if lets say my Graphics card cant handle GGMax, then am i not still supposed to be able to at least download the files? yes or no?

All the previous test files for GGMax i could downloaded before and installed it up to the point were i had to open GGmax and then my Graphics card could not handled it. witch make sense i understand that, .... , but since i have downloaded the latest small installer.exe
as soon as i want to download GGMax files i get an error. :.. File list failed to parse

Edited. I am in the proses of saving for a better Graphics card that would be abled to handle GGmax, but what's the use? if i cant even at least download the files.

Sounds like the file might be corrupted, have you tried downloading again

Quote: " GameGuru MAX in-game visuals are under construction. We'll post updates and screen shots in the months to come. It is anticipated that the minimum specification for this product will require an NVIDIA GTX 960 or equivalent graphic card. We have also set the minimum operating system to Windows 10 or above for compliance with the Windows Mixed Reality requirements."

OK synchromesh, I understand that my Graphic Card does not have the correct specs, surely that is not why it stops me from downloading?
Or does it.?

Graphics card no ... Windows 7 just might though.
Your able to download and run the installer right ..

In the next step Max is not just downloading its installing the Windows 10 files from the server.
I would assume if the windows 10 files cannot install to Windows 7 its possible it could indeed stop being unable to parse the files.
Ok im theorising here but think it has merit.
