Hey guys

This happens every time I try to save my level. Any idea why? Did someone have the same issue ?

usually down to a dodgy x format entity, but could be other possible reasons.

The best way to do is also the largest to do.
Start blank map and add the same entities you have placed on your map one by one, and try to save it, till you get the culprit one.

Do you mean whenever you save, it has to reload the level?

If so, that's standard - at least, that's how mine behaves.

If you're talking about something else, I have no idea.

try the .bak if you have it, might help find the issue too
(in mapbank, copy and rename to .fpm and then open that in GG)

Funny thing is I can save the level and continue to work on it without a loss of progress..
Gameguru does resume to previous session instead of just "loading" the level normally again..
but then its loads the saved progress. Its just really strange.

I would say try a verify but you probably have it setup pretty delicately.
Maybe not even the current version.

Took me a while, but I think I found the entity that caused this. I need to do more testing.

I solved it.

It really was a somehow corrupted .x file.

I made some changes to one of my assets in fragmotion
(deleted some vertices and exported it again)

I have fixed it and now it works as usual. Thanks for the help guys!
