Will we ever get some animation blending options? The wicked engine has support for this and it's needed badly to get GGMax up to the next level.

The OP was not asking for animation blending to be added ASAP, but was asking if we're ever going to get it. So, why bring up that we need to get basics working first? That's a given, isn't it? With all the current issues in the beta, there's a lot that needs to be fixed and missing things that need to be put in. However, I don't see anything wrong with asking for a feature for the future. I happen to agree - animation blending would be a great feature to have in MAX at some point.

it definitely would be a great feature but it likely won't be added for a long time yet - if you don't get a response from Lee here try the live broadcast on wednesday if you can (or maybe someone here can ask for you)

Definitely something to keep on the wish list.
But it is true that it will not be possible in the very near future.
