Do you mean your not sure how to create the files physically or what content is required. Please be more specific.
Creating the files can be done in any text editor. Content is down to you, but try copying an existing fpe/lua file and use as a basis then modify. You need to try and learn LUA. The basics aren't that difficult. Belidos has created a LUA tutorial on the steam page (I don't have the link at hand). Unfortunately, I don't have time to write code for other users at the moment. SmallG/Amenmoses/Cybernescence and other excellent scriptors are out there that might be able to help.
