It's a useful feature that can be activated via monitor settings or windows.

Windows 10 has a night light which does the same thing but I have never used it.
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

All the reseach so far says that Blue light filtering on monitors or on
eyeglasses is one the the biggest hoaxes going right now..

i run my monitor at 3300K. A lot less glare that way, but it makes everything darker!

I have been staring at monitors since the seventies, starting with black backgrounds with green lettering to the current screens. I have not had any problems with my eyesight and have not experienced sterilization from the so-called radiation that somehow radiates from the monitor.

On my Fire Tablet, I do use that "night" feature as there seems to be less stress on my eyes at night. I have windows 10 and do not use that feature.

Night light might be ok for just browsing or maybe playing games but for creating Websites, Models, etc all I can see useful for is getting the colours wrong
