Much as i love your work, i'm going to have to agree with Errant AI here, and go further and say that i think Errant Ai was being far too nice.
I was really excited about your project when i started watching the video, then i got a quick glimpse of the NPC and just had to stop, rewind, and check.
It's hard to accept that as a finished piece. The proportions of the shoulders are all wrong, the arms have no bulk to them and are way too thin, the left arm is locked straight making the weapon point in a very strange way, and the weight painting on the joints is very poor, see how the arm pit on the right arm bunches up and raises the shoulder pulling the side of the chest out and up? That should never happen and shows that the bone has been over weighted in the area of the chest, it's also a very easy thing to fix during production, but quite hard to fix once it's completed and animated.
Overall your project looks absolutely amazing, but the NPC's really drop the final score, and it is such a glaring issue that many users will fixate on it and rate the whole project by that one character.
I'm not trying to be mean, i just don't want to see you make the mistake of thinking people won't notice and judge you on something like this, i want you to do well, you do some of the best work on here and make a great ambassador for gameguru.
