It looks like the new minimum Video Graphics Card needed for GG is 2 GB, instead of 1 GB as it used to be. I didn't notice it before, but it's listed at the bottom of the GG feature page - https://www.game-guru.com/features

I can run GG with my 1 GB graphics card, but a lot of the GG games can't be played on my PC anymore...

Inevitable im afraid in fact the recommended specs should now be the minimum specs IMHO.
DX11 was bound to change the requirements ..
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

I can still work even in the complex maps on my Radeon 6850M with 1GB

And from what I read from your posts the fps isn't to shabby either considering ..

Card just need to be DX11 , you can do games for 1 gb. but stock games like TBE will not work as it use more then 1 gb. read more here:
