Accepted this is not the traditional place to advertise for a Unity coder, but I wanted to spread the word that one of our other products needs the help of a freelancer. Details can be found here: https://forum.thegamecreators.com/thread/221403

NOTE: Before this turns into forum panic, this search is part of a larger project to get more freelancers working with TGC (more GameGuru related news on this a little later)
PC SPECS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit, Intel Core i7-5930K (PASSMARK:13645), NVIDIA Geforce GTX 980 GPU (PASSMARK:9762) , 32GB RAM

good to hear, because with how long FPSC/FPSCR/GameGuru has been around and supported TGC, how truly unlimited-a-potential profits that GameGuru, which is a literal game engine has:

compared to how longlasting/how lucrative MyWorld has been,

It would really discourage a lot of the more seasoned gameguru/FPSC customers around here (such as myself) if priority continued to be given to it over something that has been around for so much longer and had continued to show year after year since 2004 that it or any variety of itself was a profitable asset.

Call me crazy; but I think that a serious improvement of the gameguru engine: enough to put it on the radar of people who might have tried to instead learn unity, enough to perhaps change the royalty agreement due to the assumption that a decent sized game can actually be produced and will run fairly smoothly on anything more than a godlike superPC... This would see a far higher return on investment then anything that can currently be done to myworld.

Problem being, it's a much higher cost of initial investment for such progress to be made on something like gameguru, I am sure.

Also bear in mind that some, like me for example, of those 11,000 have never actually used the darn thing! I just bought it to support TGC!
Been there, done that, got all the T-Shirts!

I posted this to help out Rick who is getting the word out, as finding a Unity coder with solid C# programming skills is a little out of our experience. We tend to write our own technology, and quickly become our own experts I will be putting my own 'call to action' a little later for GameGuru

You might be better to ask over on the Unity forums if you want a C# programmer with Unity experience, not likely to find many of those around here.

If I had that kind of experience there wouldn't be much point in using GameGuru at all.

Too true rolfy, I would imagine you will find a lot of c# programmers but none with Unity experience unless you are very lucky.
