I made a custom character with some animations but how i can use them in 3rd person mode i can make the character 3rd person but i cant make it play animation when walking for example were you set these things in the fpe i copied from the wizard the AI; anim section set my animation ranges but the character stil dont animate.

would you be able to paste the FPE or upload the FPE file? It's difficult to know what's going on without any information.
did you set isthirdperson=1 in the FPE? Are the animation frames using the correct CSI_ parameters? It could be a number of things.

Third person characters don't animate unless they have a gun (or staff)
