Am i the only one who would find changing the collisionmode setting in an entities .fpe a pain, a lot of older fpsc and some purchased items have collisionmode = 1 polygon, which can cause fps drop when player walks near them, but if you need them to be 0 for box collision, it takes a while to find the fpe files for each entity.

I am seeing if anyone would like Collision mode to be added to the properties panel, like lee did with the occluder and occludee settings.

If you think this would be useful, please comment here, if we get enough replies here, Lee might add it.

Thanks

Yes please, i would like all FPE settings editable via the properties GUI, and like wise all properties GUI settings editable in the FPE. Why this was never done in the first place baffles me, it's such a logical thing to do.

I agree, would be a lot more convenient to alter FPE settings via the editor.

I would also like this.

But I believe that Lee was not impressed with the clutter and size that the property panel was back then. Opting for a cleaner look.

Even if the property panel could be expanded and made detachable and one could put it on a separate screen, That would just be awesome. I have multiple monitors for this reason.

It would be a useful addition to the panel i think, and its not too cluttered at all, unlike some other engines.

I also like this.
However I think about the changes made via properties panel, being reflected in the fpe file.
I must prefer does not, since that way you can keep differents settings, for each entity instance.
