I see things on the version 1.141 but in my GG written everywhere 1.14. in splash screen and in help -> about menu.

You can get 141 from steam.cant remember of hand but it's in your opt into settings I think.someone will tell you exactly how pretty soon I'm sure

go to steam-> choose gameguru-> right mouse click->choose properties->betas->select public preview from dropdown box (see pic below).

it will go and install the beta 1.141.
Professional Programmer: Languages- SAS (Statistical Analysis Software) , C++, SQL, PL-SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Darkbasic Pro (still love this language), Purebasic, others
Hardware: Dell Precision 490; AMD Radeon HD 7570; 12GB.

You don't need an access code for the current [publicpreview] release. Just select that from the drop-down and then launch GG, it should automatically update to that release before opening, that's what I did and it seemed to work since the about screen says build 1.141 =)

I would also advise you to run GG once then verify the integrity of the files via steam again under GameGuru->right mouse click->properties->local
