The level mode no longer allows me to capture the terrain elevation below the water, it just keeps lowering the terrain creating deep gullies below the water. The "Stored level mode" does not function as it should because of the problem with the "Level mode"

Note: Both commands work with terrain not covered with water as intended.

Here is the strange thing ... the two commands work just fine on maps created previous to 1.14 when loaded into 1.14 .
They only misbehave when working on a NEW maps being created in 1.14 or 1.141.

Working for me now .... BUT ...
If I create water first and use the tool it just creates more water and its a bit of a pain to get out of that cycle back to land ?

@synchromesh
That is what I found also.
It has a problem when ever I try to the level command on terrain covered by water.
Thanks for the confirm.
It is a problem only with 1.14 or 1.141

seems fine for me, but it is a little "sticky". have you tried verifying files via steam?

Verified several times. Have even uninstalled and reinstalled twice due to this problem plus several others. Will wait for a couple of emails to LEE to be answered.
Meantime it's back to 1.331 for me.

Can someone create a simple step by step from a fresh run of the software? I can raise/lower above and below the water line, and still use the stored level feature as intended. Thanks.
