If you are looking for lava, here is a zip file containing all the required files. You will need to place the .FX file in the effectbank and update the FPE to reflect where you have put it. Video software as usual slows makes the animation look a bit jittery.

Hope you like it.

@synchromesh-Did you place the .FX file in the effectbank and update the FPE to reflect where you placed the FX file? I originally placed all my files in "User" folder.

That was the problem ..... I assumed it was just pointed to the effectbank \ reloaded folder and instinctively put it there ..
Thanks mate ... Looks awesome

@Synchromesh-no problem, sorry I just put all files together and zipped up in a hurry as I'm really getting into these shaders and finding all sorts of stuff and testing them out. I'm finding shders I didn't even know I had

Yep hlsl is the new lua for brilliant coders such as yourself.

It's great that the shaders are all available for change and experimentation in GG.

Cheers.

sure, feel free to play with the values below, just open the fx file in notepad:

float freq1 = 3.0;
float freq2 = 3.5;
float timeScale = 40.0; -<<< change this to higher value to slow down
float warpScale = 0.35;
