I don't want to seem negative but how does MyWorld qualify as GameGuru news? We have been waiting months for GameGuru news. I know someone started a thread here about MyWorld but I think you kind of jumped on the opportunity to promote MyWorld by hijacking the GameGuru news feed.

Don't get me wrong. I wish you luck with MyWorld. But isn't it a tad insensitive to put MyWorld news in the GameGuru news feed, knowing that your die-hard GG fans are ravenous for GG news?

I was under the impression the latest news button isn't just news for GameGuru, the latest news page is the TGC news feed for all their products.

I guess can be a bit confusing, it just happens to be that the NEWS is on the GameGuru Website and also the TheGameCreators website.

Well, OK. But at the top of each forum page it says GAMEGURU LATEST NEWS. This might mislead some. Perhaps they should call it TGC LATEST NEWS.

Didn't really give it a second thought .... It was just used to get the word out to the community I guess ..
When GG updates and news are announced they also appear on the AGK forums etc ..
Is it really that much of a biggie for you

Not a huge issue. But a little misleading.

Apart from "Oh NEWS!" then "Oh My World..", not an issue. You can't blame TGC for wanting to make sure they take all opportunities to advertise it to already loyal users (not everyone visits every day as some of us do). From the looks of donations, it needs a bit of a boost. I hate to say it, but I feel it is going the same way GG's kickstart did. Really, they need to somehow spread the word outside of the TGC community for it to succeed. I wish them luck and hope they manage to get the funding they need.

Yes KickStarters really need constant activity, presence, and an active comment section really helps as that's where pledgers want to get in on the fun and be part of something ...

This of course could still happen but Xmas and New year was a little bad timing ..

For TGC news I generally just go to TGC's website and for news about GG I click the News link here.

So I understand where everyone is coming from. I'd love to know what's going with GG presently. But at the same time I understand TGC is doing its best to promote its new product's campaign on all fronts. Would be shame to have two Kickstarter campaigns fail back to back from TGC. So I dont really have any problem with it being everywhere per-say...

I knew it would not go down well with you guys and gals, but MyWorld had an almost impossible task of Kickstarting this close to Christmas and there was a possibility you might have kids or friends who would find it interesting enough to back. Seems our efforts to raise funds for the project are falling short of the mark, but as a multi-product company we had to try all the angles at our disposal. Sorry for those who thought it was a little insensitive to post in the GameGuru forum itself, it was not our intention to rub salt into the wound for those eager for GameGuru news.
