Hi All,

You've waited long enough, so for those that remain, I will be making a Twitch Broadcast Tuesday 29th November 2016 4PM GMT.

The subject will focus on the upcoming V1.133 update that has now been crammed with many things!

Here is the link for Tuesday: https://www.twitch.tv/gamegurulee

For those that cannot make it, I will be posting the broadcast on YouTube and will provide the link here after the 'show'

Kind Regards,
Lee

Being from Canada (EST) it makes it difficult. Kind of like when im talking to my London, England friends -- its always really, really early or really, really late. Though I have no problems with catching a recorded session, be cool to sit in one live sometime. I also work till 7pm EST so its most likely not going to happen for me. Again.. unless i tune in during a quick break lol

I think no matter what time you have it there will be some people who can't make it. For me i work until 6pm GMT so i won't get home until around 7pm, and while i have internet and time to watch it while working, a live stream is a little high bandwidth for me to risk :p

Great broadcast!

I enjoyed watching update progress for v1.33. "Predictive Occlusion" new occlusion per object. AI Zombie fixes...more Zombie sound choice. "Tittle.oog" done right...back... Massive amount of work done Lee. Fantastic... Looking forward to AI updates on the list. Thanks!

I just watched the Twitch rebroadcast and it was great, thank you! The Steam community has always bothered me from the first time I was forced to join it several years ago. I believe 85% are trolls, and I also think that is a conservative number. I agree, however, with no longer adding to the DLCs. There is more content already than any other engine. If people don't like it, they know where to go!

Glad to hear there is a release (or beta release) estimate for this week

The only thing I'd like to see with the DLC is that things like the drones/rifle get added to the Sci-Fi DLC pack since those did show up as teaser items before, and were one of my personal reasons for buying that pack (although the rest of the content and included scripts are great by themselves anyway).

Awesome to hear about the sky shader!

Just watched the Twitch broadcast and I love the ideas coming out of it. Can't wait for the next edition of GG, I especially like the Specular property. Will we also be able to change this from the .fpe.

Missed the live broadcast but caught it last night and very excited about the new updates.

I can't wait to use them!

Thank you!

I also noticed new options in the character creator recently, Excellent!
Any chance of getting a plain tshirt and jeans for females, thanks for including girls stuff at all.. really, but a less frilly choice would be great too.

Really appreciate the additions and upgrades constantly happening with GameGuru!

i hope im asking this in the right forum. ive always been afraid to type in these so if im typing ing the wrong i apologize. in a previous video you were doing a 3rd person "lesson" involving a wizard going against shotgun soldiers using a fireball spell. is there a way you can use other spells and even use particles and other stuff in game guru to create/alter your own spells. also is paint an app in which you can use for such purpose. another question is the ddo files. is there a basic/free way to open those files to change them into a bmp file. this goes to your weapon customization video. if you can answer these questions in the next video that would be awesome.

spell examples are lightning, force push, blizzard spell. (causes them to not move as well as slowly losing health. also life draining spells. (deal damage and you gain half health back.) last question is that ive noticed that game guru doesnt have it where you can select a character and choose what guns they carry like you could on FPSCx9, is that going to change any time soon? (with out having to change any files or change the modules themselves. sorry for the very long question. you probably wont read it now because of that.

Not much is being done with third person until it hits the top spot on the voting board, but it's not a large task to open this up more and I think some users have already tired of waiting and started creating third person characters in addition to the wizard. The ability to give him more than a fireball is a good point, and I am sure when the task to get soldiers and melee characters to work as third person arrives, more weapons/combat options will be essential to complete the vote item.

Top of the page "Features". Yes, you can change your vote at any time.

You're in Central Standard Time, so you're 6 hours behind them. When they do a twitch broadcast, it's usually around 4pm their time, so you can catch it at 10am. The youtube videos are just the replays, you can catch them any time!

We all know what we want to vote for ....
However ... If its fairly low down then its not going to be next no matter how you place your vote
The best thing I think is to get the others out the way so I tend to look at the top 2 and pick one I would prefer to be next out of those and just go with it with my slider all the way and help the majority at least

At the moment the top is AI ... Its a biggie and once out the way will make a huge difference to the speed of the other smaller ones are completed so that's the basket I'm putting all my eggs in ... Personally I want the full 3rd person experience for all characters but its just not gong to happen yet until these biggies are out the way
