Simple fast to the point. Place cameras etc so easy.

Looks great but not so sure ....
From placing your Ground, Character and camera ( which is cool ) it then goes into a version of AGK ?
What about Terrain, Model Placement, Enemy etc

First bits great but does that mean the rest is mostly scripting ....
If not I cant find any more vids ... Is that the only one ?

What GG needs is the ability to search or find entities in your complex scene. Only option we have is locking everything one by one and looking. Incredibly tedious. This engine appears to have an entity tree.

What GG needs is to be using AGK engine AGK looks pretty nice atm. Very impressive speed and had a huge terrain running fast and even better, looking far more current gen than GG is at present. I'm not sure how much bigger the map is precisely, but it was probably at least 4x the GG map size, possibly more. I haven't gone so far as adding buildings and objects, but I can tell from how it handles the scene it will take a lot to slow it badly. Using AGK is a lot of work in comparison of course, but is way more slick than GG. If GG can utilise this power in the future it will be a very, very impressive game maker!

It looks like a 2d engine just starting with 3d.

Not so fan of cloud-based multiplatform game engine, I always prefer to have the needed soft on my machine, as possible.
Anyway they are talking about nice features for coming most of them, such as the ability to play game in editor, while making changes in realtime, just-in time compiler, advanced shader effects, bones animation, particles, a georgeous lighting and shadowing system, amoung others, that sound good to me.

Using Haxe for coding, some sort of OOP lang, even navmesh/pathfinding features.
In general it sound promising, the time will tell us the final result, I though.

Anyway, despite some of those features going well for GG, GG should continue their own path, without to same some clone of other existing engine. Just my though.
