Really excellent little trailer. Especially considering you don't give a lot away in the trailer. How dare you? I want to know more.

If you're going for trench warfare, please make it chaotic. The greatest games to have WW2 trench warefare, in my opinion, was CoD 1 and 2.

Can't wait to see more and well done so far. You may want to consider embedding the video into the post.

When making a post, paste YouTube video id (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LhLgah6GEso&), then highlight that code with your mouse and click on Video, then Youtube (or just remember those tags and write them before and after "video id" like I did here:

The video in post will look like this:

Hope it helps!

10 years ago you could have marketed this as a midlevel AAA title
It looks good!! Really good. We have come a long way since FPSC. Looking forward to more.

There appears to be no one flying the plane in the one screenshot. Unless the pilot is camera shy?

Those screenshots look awesome! I love WW2 theme games.

Thanks so much Landman & Bugsy, my specs are: Windows 8.1 x64, intel core i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz, 16gb RAM, Ge-Force GTX 970

As it is now, the game run at 70fps or something, when im in the most modelled area. At high settings ofcourse. A good trick is to turn of physics on background models, helps a little.

That kind of jives with how my specs work with GG, and clears up my thoughts that my machine's underperforming recently, quite a relief believe me lol

With an i5-4690 CPU at 3.5GHz, 16gb RAM, Ge-Force GTX 960 (strix version so slightly oc'd), I get 50 to 60 FPS on a highly cluttered level.

Nice to see it's a pretty proportional drop in FPS between two systems that use similar components that are one step apart if you know what I mean. GG may not run the fastest, but that shows me it's at least stable and consistent.

Having a blast here because that 3rd person character looks almost exactly like that drunk of a neighbour I have.

Other than that: great stuff on here!! Really clever use of current features and possibilities.
Err: Just one thing: Not a fan of that gore/gibbing sound that plays when you defeat an enemy.

Haha Wolf!

I could make the gore/gibbing sounds better. For now its just some free sounds i found and put together quickly. I like having that 'hit sound' when you shoot your enemy

That is your prerogrative. Let me just state that the indie scene has been flooded with zombie games throughout the past 5 years and that a ton of players are talking about "zombie fatigue". Now, there are, of course, the hardliners that love zombies no matter what but I can see that the general gaming community just about had it. Visit steam greenlight, you find people outright bashing otherwise "okay" games because they contain zombies.

However, everything is better with Nazi Zombies inside. Even musicals.

yeah, see if theres anything even somewhat morally ambiguous about killing nazis because they're "technically" living breathing human beings, it completely goes out the window if they're zombies. It almost seems like the type of enemy people choose when they dont have any special original ideas. for gameguru anything is pretty original at this point, but there can only be so many zombie games before the GG community has seen enough to be bored of it.

give me a good reason for the existence of these zombies

Quote: "give me a good reason for the existence of these zombies"

The reason is ofcourse that Dr Todesengel once again failed with his so called "Unsterblich übermensch" experiments, or did he?

Im very aware about the "Zombie genre" is overused, and there is alot of bad games out there. But I have not seen any zombie game made in GG, atleast any decent or good? And if the game contain zombies, its not because i cant come up with something original, its simply because zombies are awesome and I would love to try create something with the "B-movie" look. Just making the game for fun while I wait for some modelling work being done for another project
I already have another "zombie project" in the WIP, but i have not done anything in a while, so I thought i maybe mix the 2 projects into 1.

BUT that being said, unfortunatly it seems I have to trash the nazi zombies if i dont find a fix. The zombies dont have ragdolls, so when killed their deathanim freezes. This is because im using flak for bullets to simulate tracers. See attached images.
