@Ravey
Thanks for posting lil car I found it very informative. I have been playing around with it and learning from the scripts. I was wondering if you plan on posting the twitch 30. Survival game

Thanks again!

What I do is watch the video, Pause it on the script and type it into notepad. Then I test it to be sure it works.

I will take a look and see if I can get it typed in and posted.

@ Ravey

Thanks a lot for sharing and video tuto.

Unfortunately I not speak English properly, and because it loses much of what is, in addition to having zero experience with Blender says; however I understand many things, if you share files as well, I have enough, and if I do not understand something, I have this wonderful community to help.

So thank you very much for the extra effort.

"AssociatePlayer" would be nice, specially if you already have rigged/animate car, and just you need the player "attached" to the car/canoe, plane, train, etc.

But this will not happen if the vehicle is running, and you stay stopped watching, as the vehicle moves away without you.

car without you:

Objects / vehicles, should be able to navigate waypoints, to have autonomy, while the player can interact with other things, such as shoot, view maps, listen to the radio. or make a cup of tea.
Like animate a car along a path. Of course if you just want a car to go from point A to point B.
Just my thoughts.

This the level I'm working now, as example.

car and driver start

car and driver end

Thanks for watch the videos.

Nice videos, 3com! How do you get the car to follow the track? Is it pre-animated to do that before importing or are you using some sort of script-fu?

Glad you like.
Ya, it's pre-animated in Max using "Path Constraints", and Video done in GG.

Strange .... I just tested it ...walked up to the car ...pressed E to enter .... then W to drive away ...
worked fine for me ?

First thing to do is verify your installation via steam ...see if that has any effect ?

These work for me as downloaded.

Did you copy the script to the files/scriptbank folder when you extracted these files?

Make sure you got all the files in there proper spots.
map file to mapbanks folder.

All the entitybank stuff can be placed in your entitybank/user folder.
