Third Party Tools / Animer Still Available?

I know that TGC just went through some big changes, like FPSC going open source soon, but a lot of old products are just gone. I have been trying to learn how to import characters into Game Guru and they use programs like Animer, and mender that are no longer available.

Is there anywhere I can still get this?
