Hi Mike, that looks like a very good tool, i'll have to give it a try myself. Just a quick note, not regarding the tool itself but the website, it's a very nice website but the light blue text on a white background combined with the tiny font make it very hard to read, I had to sit very close to the screen and squint to read it all. You might want to look into that.

Thank you. Good point about the text color. It is fixed now.

This looks quite good but $108.50 for a packer is very expensive, especially after tax which is $130.20.

If your prepared to do a special introductory price I'll consider it but when Vishnu packer is free and other tools such as segment welder are $20, this kind of money cannot be justified.

Perhaps you could revisit your pricing model and include a specific indie license for FPSC / GG developers. When GameGuru itself is only about $10 right now on Steam, its not realistic to pay over 10x that amount for a 3rd party tool.

Edit - Just my thoughts and I'm sure the product itself is very good.

Compared to other vendors with similar products our price/feature list of our products is very interesting.

Also please checkout Smart Packer Pro which only supports 32bit executables for packing.

The link for Smart Packer Pro is a much better price. Is there any other differences between Smart Packer Pro and Smart Packer Pro (X) other than having 64bit option? If this is the only difference it would only make sense to purchase Smart Packer Pro 32bit as FPSC and GG are not 64bit.

I will look forward to seeing the revised prices in January and hopefully make a purchase!

I think FPSC and GG being 32 bit are irrelevant....
Its whether you use Windows 64 or 32 bit that count as to which version you need ..
At least that's what I'm guessing ?

correct, if you run 64 bit windows then you can run either 64 or 32 bit power packer program.

Currently there is no difference in functionality for the 32- and 64 bit version of Smart Packer Pro X. However this will change in future. For example we have automatic ActiveX registration planned for the 64bit version.

Both products Smart Packer Pro and Smart Packer Pro X can pack software projects under 32- and 64bit Windows OSes.

When in Smart Packer Pro X the 64bit option is enabled it will create from a 64bit executable a packed executable which will only run under 64bit Windows OSes. Packed executables without this option are always 32bit and will run under both kind of OSes (32bit- and 64bit).
