This is just when the test game is processing? Once in test game everything is good?

That is not what I am getting. But mine did start with the 1.111 update where during the processing of the test game, I can see all of the mechanics going on behind what would have been the keyboard splash screen.

Installing the dec5 update for me from Nvidia did not fix the issue either.

Harry I tried a verify and reinstall ... no luck
Rolling back to the previous day sorted it ....
As you say ... looks like a bad NVidia driver maybe ?

I advise to rollback to previous driver, doesn't sound stable.

Apparently has to do with windows drivers update conflicts.

I to have had problems in the past with nvidia driver updates and learn early on that some drivers can make your browser crash and give yours games low fps. I have test this out with fpsc find out that the same that ran at 60fps will have some drops here and there on the level with a buggy driver. in this case this have nothing to do with guru and it's bugs. the driver is the problem and it is always a good idea to rollback when this happens. I personally don't update as much since I don't really play newer games on my pc. as a saying if it's not broke don't fix it.

Yeah, I never let auto updates occur for anything if I can help it - and never use drivers that don't come straight from NVidia - always best to wait a good while before updating. If it works already why fix it.

you can go one step up from 358.50 to 358.91 without causing the problem but i have contacted lee and informed him that nvidia's latest has still not fixed this ( nor for other odd games )

Lee is now looking into this as urgent from his end to see if he can rectify this issue via GameGuru..

I have 359.06 currently on both machines and will avoid updating until this thread gives the green light! Thanks again for the heads up!

Hi,

I'm on Windows 10 with graphic card NVidia GTX285, driver 341.92.

When I start first the game from the "rocket-shaped" button there is no problem, but going back to the level editor, the floor disappears.

This occurs very often, and I need to restart GG... or I continue in the level editor without floor when I have nothing to modify on it...

See the picture below...
