Checked my inventory many times; unable to find anything for it.
Yet the site clearly shows i purchased it.
I've contacted support and been unable to get an answer for over a week now. Any ideas?

While logged into the store did you try in the editor to press the download store media... button under the file menu?

This is the pack you are referring to?

If so did you check in the skybank folder. When in test game and you press (tab tab) under the skybox setting does it happen to have them their?

I have checked your download queue and the items that are in that pack are in your download queue, so should be in the sky list as Myke suggested.

Well I can say for certain they're not showing in the in game dropdown for available skies.
I'll check and see if the actual files downloaded to the skybank folder tonight.

Hi,
run the test level. Hit TAB twice.
In the World Settings panel select your Sky Type from the dropdown list (you need to click and hold the left mouse button as you scroll down the list)

Hit tab again to close the menu screen.

Hope that helps.

Edit: by the way I will be adding a few more boxes to that pack (next week hopefully) so a little reward for your troubles here.
I will post in the original thread for Deep Space - The Final Frontier when they are added.

I'm not sure if your files get updated automatically via Steam, or if you will need to re-download via GG to get them. Perhaps a Mod can verify the process.

Yeah thanks - I am aware how to change the sky I probably should have made that clear.

I did find the problem on my own though:

the files came down in the pack as:

Skybank/oldflak/amethystnebula
searnebula
searnebulaoutpost

The problem is inside of the editor it was just showing them as 'oldflak' which when selected would promptly cause the application to crash with an error 105.

Fixing the issue required moving all of the subfolders to skybank, instead of underneath the oldflak folder.

I should also mention the pictures look pretty good but the one thing I did notice was that the sear nebula outpost has the spires (which is excellent) but the problem is they shear very visibly with the sky

Those files shouldn't have been downloaded in that format I will investigate the issue and get the artist to fix.

Hi @The Next, the files are uploaded as single folder - skybank (zipped oc). The system is adding the artist name because it is part of a pack.

EDIT: I can easily reproduce the problem experienced by Bolt Action Gaming, and from my tests it seams the GG is playing up, so I have sent an email to support to help get this sorted.

We are working on a fix, it appears this only affects Windows 10 users which makes it even more strange as I cannot find anything in the Windows 10 file system that would suggest folders should operate differently between versions. For now I suggest renaming the oldflak folder to a different name.

It may take a while to fix as none of the developers are using Windows 10 and it is hard to debug why this is happening.

@The Next,
Hi I sent an email to Jason which he has acknowledged, and also a follow up one.

I found that the folder structure doesn't work using GG in the Steam directory, but it works fine in FPSC Reloaded 1.009. Is it possible for you guys to test in a version of GG that is not using Steam structure - might give you some clues...

As my signature shows I am using Win10 pro 64bit.

And as noted above Bolt Action Gaming is using Win 7 - perhaps it is more to do with Steam structure somehow - don't know...

If it helps you can change my user name to TheOldFlak which works fine in my tests.

@Bolt Action Gaming

You are the first on Windows 7 to have this issue that we know of.

I should mention I got the update to the pack this week and the new sky did the exact same thing but the old ones remained where they were.
