No you should set to the correct transparency in the FPE file.

thanks I'll try that. I've also turned off the terrain using goindoors.lua.

I do see another problem as well.The window texture isn't correct.You shouldn't use pure white in the texture should be an off white colour.

As quick test mixed a few shades of grey, with a black , while it is considerably darker grey, you should be able to get away with any lighter shade of grey as the engine will render any thing white invisible.

Welcome to use the window texture. Will upload another one to use in a few minutes

Ah well thats an fpsc ww2 classic window texture, was just testing really but thanks for your comments on thanks for the window texture I'll have a look didn't see it at first glance

Well for the time being it's best to use off white, when they get to the window feature, things should be back to normal.
