thought i'd join in and show another type of game GG can create... SimCity (ok it's not really but given enough attention it can certainly come alive - even if player input is very limited)

very early design and coding shown - literally a few hours work here just getting the basic idea running but..
- each house has an individual income so i can add expansions in real time (cars, bigger/better houses etc)
- constant population growth with limits on work placements so joblessness can become a serious issue (along with homelessness) when added
- dynamic work pay and hours (which also effects sleep)
- adjustable gameplay speed (it's sped up for the video and testing purpose)

i know it doesnt look pretty but the map is just a basic idea to test the scripts
life\'s one big game

I have a sawmill near your village, I sell wood of great quality and very good price.
You will need lots of wood, since they can build houses, bridges, roads, furniture, etc.

Very nice idea, now you've a bunch of work with.

An interesting concept and I really like it. In a way you could potentially recreate Populous when GG allows for in game editing of terrain. I believe Rick and Lee had plans for some type of voxel in-game editing function like this in the future. Since GG was inspired in part by Gmod and Minecraft.

Populous (SNES)

In Populous you play the role of a God. The more you build the more people start to populate the map and roam around your growing village. Your enemy also builds and populates and war ensues when the two populations meet.
