Just wondering what it is..?
Theoretically couldn't we create a character, do our own animation for it, create a FIRESPOT thingummybob for it and use it as a TPS character..?

You'd obviously have to change the script that fires fireballs into something else like guns or swords but is it possible to do..?

Or is there something hard coded into the wizard animation that makes TPSability possible..?

Am looking at creating characters at the moment using MakeHuman or maybe Mixamo Fuse because it's looking REALLY easy to create a basic character and they're both free lol

What's TPS? Third person ? What the S stand for x

Yup. Third Person Shooter, and my 'able' and 'ability' are pretty self explanatory...even though I have added a few words to the English language lololol

Shooter....yes of course doh!! anyway yes you can create your own character in GG Character Kit and change the script to use isthirdperson = 1, but I noticed that when using any other weapon apart from the usual staff, you end up shooting yourself, most likely because the other weapons/projectiles are rotated and aimed toward the player maybe...just a guess? And at a guess the staff projectile i.e. the fireballs are aimed toward enemy characters.
My next aim, is to copy a weapon folder and see if I can get say the gun projectile to fire toward the enemy, I'm assuming this is possible but as there not much documentation on the weapon system it's very hard to figure out. However it would be great if TGC could provide more third person weapons, I mean we can't keep using the staff for every game that we make using TPV/TPS.

I bought Guru just for third person view. I am happy using classic for fps. I wish they would add more for third person.
