Bug Reports / Bloom setting screen to black

Screen turns completely black if I set the bloom to anything above 0. This wasn't the case a few days ago. I've been playing around the post processing sliders quite a bit and they worked fine. But now even with them all set to off and the bloom set on the screen just turns black. Not sure what caused this.

Have you made any alterations to your Graphic drivers recently ?
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

Yes, I did a windows update recently and its quite possible a hardware update for my nvidia card was in there too. Should I do a rollback? Hopefully those that play my games don't have to do the same.

I should add that if you continue pushing the bloom slider up the screen fades from black to visible (blurry and dark).

I get the same problem on my GTX980M but if I switch over to the Intel HD4600 the problem goes away.
CPU:i7-4720HQ Mem: 16G
Graphic: GTX 980M 8G and intel HD4600
OS: Windows 8.1
