Hi there! I'm desperately searching for any kind of boat, ship, watercraft whatever.
i would like to have a cruise ship or a container ship or just any kind of modern ship to work as a background object. i have built a port but it looks unrealistic without any kind of ship.
i purchased a container ship from the store but the model is old and no game guru ready anymore. but this was the only ship from the store.
i downloaded a free 3DS file of a cruise ship, converted it in blender as an x model and imported it into GG. it works but i don't know where this ship is coming from, i can't really use it cause i just got it from somewhere on the web AND due to the model importer in GG it has turned to be PINK. a pink boat, no.
can anybode help me there?
i mean game guru has the ability to produce water and coasts, beaches and stuff. why are there no ships, not even in the store?

i got that lifeboat from the FPSC pirate pack and a canu that was made by i forgot but it's in the free area. great models but too small. i rather would need a little bigger boat.

free would be very nice but i would also pay for it (when i got my next money again somewhen).

If anybody will share the process for exporting rhino .3dm files to game guru....

pass me your file and I transform them

sadly I cannot do that its huge (200mb +)
plus I need to paint a few logos on there XD
also the ship is real so i cant just give away the model all will nilly
please give me a short description of the process
I probably already have the software
I really appreciate your kindness

starting this thread was a great idea i'm happy with this! but... does anybody have a motorboat, motoryacht or just a little boat with an outboard motor for me? then my collection would be complete.
(i can offer some customized surfboards but i don't know if i'm allowed to share it because i didn't model it.)

still looking for info on how to convert Rhino models

maybe open3dmod can open rhino files or meshlab.
Both open source and free, and a option to export to obj or something else.
