Just checking because of your quote above .."

The moment i hit Esc from Test Mode and go into the map editor i lose everything i did in that mode. I don't see any Save function in Test Mode.

For example. I go into test mode and make changes, i have to his esc to go back to map editor. The moment i go back to the map editor everything is reset. Is only the test mode feature that's not retaining any settings after i get out of it. I have to save before i go in or else i will lose anything i did before without saving. It's loading the fpm file from the last save point done when i exit test mode.

After further review on the visual.ini file problem, it is the way it is written in the FPM file. They are not being saved there proper.
This has been passed to the dev's now, with an extensive reproduction steps.

@3Com: What trigger zone issue are you referring to?

Can you post your script for this trigger zone, so I can test it. Not thinking that it will act the same as a winzone. don't know what hard code there is inside. But I will try your script and see what happens in the trigger zone.

Answer in the link above. Do not want the same question in 2 threads.
Basically I use winzone.lua with winzone and it work ok (jump level ok), and in the trigger zone I`ve added my script.

What it does:
It allowed to carry weapons that the player has, between levels.
The idea is to extend the script to allow also carry ammunition, collectibles, etc.

So far, in standalone mode:
You start in level1, you take some weapons, and go to the winzone, jump to level 2 .
In level2 you notice, player has not the weapons he collected in level1, my script prevent this issue, but it need a trigger zone working properly.
Please see the videos in bug subforum thread.

I just got an email from the dev team and i'm happy to inform that they were able to replicate the issue i'm having. According to the email they will work on patching this for next build.

This was a tough one because is a rare issue. I can actually copy the whole GG directory and open it on another PC ad it works fine when i enter and exit test mode. I wonder what was the conflict because the other computer i tried it is a similar build as mine and work with my own install files. The only thing that i can think off is that my Windoes 8.1 was an upgrade from Windows 7 and not a fresh install like the other PC. I know that in some occasions when you Upgrade your OS instead of doing a fresh install you can have conflict with some software and user rights. The odd thing is that I don't have this problem with any other development tools i have used so maybe it's a combination of the two and the devs found a solution to this.

I was really hopping that I didn't have to reimage my rig.
