@Lidot, thanks I will be looking at the geometry more closely. Lots to be done still for all tools, I haven't forgotten about the texture issues in EW either, all tools (where applicable), now use the latest DBOFastReader code (v0.48). Plans for tools so far:
1. FPI2LUA-needs much more work done to the engine and am considering making UI for it (except for the cli version). Custom code can be added that you might want to add or modify that will fit GG classic better. LUA works differently to FPI so some commands need to added and put in the correct order.
2. Weapon Welder-I want to redesign the UI (not the CLI version) so it's more interactive, this remove the dreadful unnecessary window prompts.
3. HM2GG-now has the export terrain as a model feature put back in-but needs improving and I need to check the normals and possibly recalculate them if necessary.
4. EW-do some fixes and improvements-UI needed? I don't know at the moment
5. AW-Improve the Software update side. I am thinking of many ways to improve and get it working better, I may have to write some Powershell scripts (maybe) and remove the horrible CMD window that still flicker as you attempt to update. This is normal but not nice to see. As the program is free, I'm doing a cheap FTP solution without me having to pay for monthly fees for OwnCloud or similar cloud / Web providers. Geometry from FPSC/BIM-Advanced needs more looking into as mentioned above. Also look into other requests by other forum members that use the program.
6. DBOFastReader- this is an ongoing development all the time at the moment - I am also looking into FBX->DBO and other formats etc, which I've not done before without having to go into GG.
