Deleted old thread due to image hosting issues.

Have added some new floor, and wall entities...

And, in several colors as well.

Off topic for a moment:

I made this just for fun some time ago using ErrentAI's sword for FPSC. I've added an Illumination map to the texure set, and would like to get the beam to glow. Any way to do that? (Different shader perhaps I'm not aware of), Thanks. Cos.

Nice to see you back in the mix, sir!

Are you looking for a dynamic point light near you or just an illuminated texture?

Wow! those are great. I'll look into those. Thanks Chris.

And thanks fellow Humans, Believe it or not, I actually missed this place.

OK, Back on track...

I've got around 20 or so more entities built so far, and a bunch more still in the concept stage, but none textured yet.

The images posted above, all use the Basic entity shader, and I plan to redo those to take advantage of the PBR shader instead. I'll post some more images as soon as I get a few more items finnished. Thanks.

Hi Guys! Well I've decided that due to the emense size of the overall collection, I'm going to release them in parts. Each part will contain the main theme entities plus a collection of entities to add to the whole thing. These will include the Hanger, Power complex, control rooms, Medical, and whatever else I can think of. All the new entities use the PBR shader ( I love this shader!).

Anyway the first installment is the "Scifi Hanger". I only have a few loose ends, and a little clean up left to do, and it's ready to go.

So lets have a look...

There are new corridors for the hanger complex, as well as floors, platforms, railings, doorway trim parts, stairs, and more...

A Mech control room with new furniture, and a Unit traking Holograph projection console...

Now on to the Hanger...
The hanger can be configured to your liking with various props, and a window for use in space, or on the ground...

Or you can add the floor lift...

Or you can build it with the large bay doorway...

You can set it up for any use, (servicing your Mechs, A place for storage, etc.) or you can use it as a cozy place to park your new wheels.

For a ground build, you need to be able to enter from outside, so I added a few dodads for that as well...

Heres what you get...

All in all, around 200+ peices. Hope you enjoy the pics, I'll post when it's available for purchase.

You have better interior lighting in these preview shots than many full fledged GG projects.

Thank you for the kind words my friends.

The clean look was actually a choice made early on, and will be prevelant in the upcomming parts. Now these are not completely clean, as I added a bit of dirt, and rust here, and there. And, as any artist would realize when working with other folks' textures, It's very easy to grunge up clean textures, and nearly impossible to do the opposite.

I wanted this collection to be as versitile as possible, and have included a collection of UV maps, and files so you can easily make your own changes as needed to suit your own projects.

And for those wondering, you'll be able to grab the pack for the same price as a couple of Big Macs.

Up Next: "The Command Center". So Stay Tuned!

Cosmic.

Thanks Buddy. Outdoor lighting can be tricky as well, in as I've noticed a undesired muddying of the surfaces as the lights fall off. It seems more defined when using the PBR shader. I still like how it renders overall though.

The Documentation is brilliant !!
So many packs like this I have purchased and the named parts only ever seem to make sense to the creator making them just to tedious to deal with and I never end up using. So the clear instructions here are very welcome.

Thanks my friend.

I've Updated the download for the finished Build Guide. I turned it over to Willow and she did a great job. It's now a .pdf file, and is only around 3mb. It's short, and Worth a look, if your considering getting the pack.

I'll stick it here too.

Hello Friends. Just sent the pack to the store for approval, should be available in a day or so.

Many Thanks to my Beta testers ( Synchromesh, and Tarkus1971) for running this through so swiftly, and helping me get it ready to go. Great work guys! Thank You.

Please note: I removed the wall ladders, because I was not totally happy with how they were working ( or actually not working the way I wanted them to). I will keep working with them, and try to include them in one of the future installments of the collection. Thanks.

Your pal Cosmic.

Have to say that this pack is a fantastic piece of work...... Everything fits together perfectly, You can create multi level bases with 1,2,3 floors, the only limit is your imagination. The guide is very, very useful too, have it on my tablet so I can refer to it when I need, but once you are used to how it all fits together, it is amazing to see your base grow and grow.

AAA work...... Thanks Cosmic Prophet.

Still playing with this pack and its simply addictive with so many possibilities
Easily snaps together, the documentation is superb and professionally put together making construction very easy to get to grips with.
The extra texture set is a huge bonus but better still they are laid out in a way you can easily edit them to make your own unique set giving you a completely different look.

The models are of an exceptionally high Quality ( some of the best you will find ) and there are so many of which you would be proud to add to any sci- fi game. The corridor Layout comes in an off white and Military Green which blend well and can be mixed together, stunning animated monitors and props. You will also find a fantastic looking Mech and Exploration Vehicle which are killer.

Cosmic Prophet has always been top of his game in the Modeling department and this is no exception.
A highly recommended purchase

Because of the way the kits made with a little thought you can do some cool isometric levels as well.

Well my friend, I honestly don't know what the hold up is. The store recieved the pack on Tuesday, Today is Saturday, and still no word.
I'm still waiting for approval. Since I only have 4 items in the store right now, I have not been given self approval status.

I'll contact them again if I don't hear from them by Monday, and try to find out what's going on.

In the meantime, you can jump on over to the "Free Models and Media" thread for a new freebie I put up last night.
AMD 6 Core 3.5gh, 16GB DDR3, NVIDIA Geforce 730 4GB. Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
