OK here is the Medieval Gatehouse model.

A couple of things before you download. This is a fairly big model (1228 polys so GG should handle it OK) although I have removed all unnecessary surfaces and optimised the graphics as best that I can. If enough peoples kit cannot handle it I will break it into three separate modules. Let me know.

Secondly I would like to acknowledge the author of the original model which inspired this one. Thanks Elia Luongo.

Enjoy and any comments very welcome.

that is a fantastic piece of modelling Ken, I feel I need to do some medieval style music, lots of lutes and wood drums.

OK I mentioned a wall for the Medieval/Fantasy Gate. So here it is. Wall 'bolts' together using the B key so make them as long as you like.

Outside is a wall with pillars whilst the inside offers a wooden walkway. Contains all the necessary dds files ETC so enjoy.

This is House 6 in the Medieval/Fantasy town and country group of models I am basing on SkyRim type games. As I have said this group consists of FRee and Shop models. I just need to convert the graphics and then will upload. Should be done and dusted by tomorrow morning EU time

OK this is the Medieval House 6 model. A simple model but with quite a bit of detail as the images above show and the detail image of the door top. Enjoy.

At the time of this post I have my complete Cellars, Tunnels and Sewers pack for sale in The Store. So I thought I would add a couple or so extra models to the pack and distribute these extra ones for free. if you are an owner of the above pack or my Heavy Concrete Tunnels System pack (also on sale at the moment) then these models will fit right in. If you don't own any of the above packs you should still hopefully find a use for these free additions.

The first one is a Tunnel Chicane complete with girdered corners. Should be good for setting traps for the player.

OK here is another freebie from the Medieval/Fantasy group I am developing. It fits with the other free models in this thread on the same theme and those I have in the Store.

Enjoy.

Hello Everyone

I just noticed I forgot to upload the free tunnelstairs model so here it is.

Just a note this model as with the other tunnel one further up this post really goes with my Concrete Tunnels pack so you will get the best out of it if you have that pack.

Watch those corners. Watch those corners.

Some of you will be aware of my packs based on Old London Town in the Store.

I have just finished some extra models for those packs and below is a picture of one of them. I am giving some of the additional models away free and the shops below is the first of these.

If you already have the above packs then don't bother downloading here as the free models will also be in the purchased backs so you will just need to update them. I'll let you know on this thread when they are complete.

These models are Low Relief so mostly very low poly count for the size of the model.

Here are the pics of the first row of shops. Will complete the D S and N graphics and upload in next 24 hours.

Thanks guys.

Hang on re the purchase Tarkus as I am putting all the Old London low relief models into one pack which I will call Old London Town or something. I'll also put it up at a sale price for a week or two as soon as it is released..

I have about another 50 models that I will be adding to the pack over the next whatever period some will be free on this thread but some will be for sale in the Store. Of course they will all be free for those that have already purchased the Old London Town pack.

Here is the Shops Low Relief. Please be aware these models have every un-viewed surface removed. Just like Hollywood sets. They do it to save cash, we do it to save processing time and therefore maintain our fps.

Enjoy.

Thanks Inspector Clouseau

Attached is an old brick wall. Can be used to set areas you do not want player to enter/leave.

Wall can be seen at the end of the shops.

OK here's a quicky. It's a stone gateway with a chain link fence blocking the players path.

They can see what is on the other side but cannot get to it.

Made this as a break from the London models.

Just for something different here is a cartoon fence. This is based on two plains with transparency used to give the impression of depth. The result is a very low poly count, about 20 so you can use miles and miles of them with little fps strain.

Click together with one B press.

These are really good man- Thanks.

I grabbed all of these along with the ones from your other thread.

These really help me out in building my collection of assets and as someone new to GG you have no idea what it means to have access to these.

Thank you again.

Welcome SaintPhillip and good luck with your GG projects.

There are some great free models on this board so have a good look around. There are also free models in the Store as well as some great stuff by some very talented people including music and scripts so check that out as well.

All the best

Hello

I have just put up a small collection of chainlink fences in the Store. They are also included in the Old London Town pack so if you have bought that one please update.

With this post is a free fence from the pack. This ones a little rusty. Enjoy.

The following is an example from the pack

You know how in fantasy games the 'hero' has to get something and when he/she gets there its on a flat platform at the top of a flight of ornate steps.

Well that is what this is. Enjoy.

Just finished this and will upload over the weekend.

EDIT: Model file now attached to this post.

FPSC used to have a large number of Egyptian characters. Are they still around? Sorry to sound dumb but I spend most of my free time now modelling and have lost track.

This is a big model as can be seen by the Egyptian guards at the gate and doorway.

The textures on this model are not brilliant but are good for distance work as in the pictures. If I get hold of better textures then I will redo the model.
