Any techniques or ideas on how to use different types of explosions out there...??? What files should I be looking at...?

I use/play around with PD Howler and it can do some pretty interesting stuff

@ShN33Ky- do you mean an entity exploding or just a movie animation? If you mean a movie animation, the one above posted is pretty cool. If you mean entity/model, this would have to be created in modelling/animation package and textured. 3DS max/Blender has some good tools to generate animations/fracturing/rigid bodies..... maybe try doing a search on google for "modelling or animating an explosion" or similar, there is most likely a tut somewhere on the net.

@smeg......I downloaded your avi vid but it wont play!

@Bored of the Rings.....I meant entity explosion! I mess'd around with a couple of decals and came up with something very unique! i think you'll like it!

Anyhoo my project is complete and is on my FB page! I will probably showcase it soon but with a little research you can find my page and see it now if you wish!
