Greetings guys I decided to do a more gritty high def version of my DMZ troops so in the mean time I will release the old DMZ Troops for free as I re-rig them for use in GG. It will be a slow process but in the mean time here is DMZ Trooper 1 enjoy! Download below.

He's there it's just he's a legacy model so he doesn't have LOD. Scroll closer to the ground in editor and you will see him.

awesome. thanks Disturbing 13. now only if we can bump up the scifi dlc so we can have new features - Laser weapons - Tracers, lasers, sparks. it would be nice if we could override the blood decal for sparks decal. it is shame we have to wait for the scifi pack to get these things. as I have said before all we need now is the basic things you can fpsc and fpacx10.
more than what meets the eye.Welcome to SciFi Summer

.You're very welcome guys! I do agree that we need more scifi stuff. Hopefully I can help out in that department later on.

Thanks for this he is great...

I added this to the FPE file so he does not disappear at distance...

;LOD System
disablebatch = 1
lod1distance = 15000
lod2distance = 20000

I am using the DMZ trooper, changed the weapon in the FPE file to the FuturetekShotgun, for so far it is working fine.
After shooting the trooper and killed him I want to pickup his FuturetekShotgun but no futuretek I am getting the colt.
How can I change it to pickup the nice Futuretek??

Did you erase the .bin and .dbo? If you did that and changed it in the .fpe you shuld by all means be able to recieve the Futretek Shotgun.

I am going to try it, thanks. Will there be more DMZ characters in the future, that should be great, great characters to use in SciFi games?

yes there are 4 more. Heavy Gunner, Sniper, Commander and Bipedal Battle Droid. I will bring them soon to GG for free. I am however making completely new versions of each; kind of upgraded troops that will be available in the store.
