I believe in the project, I owned FPSC, FPSC X10, pledged FPSC Reloaded/GG and preordered Max. I just hope it will be up to expectations soon.
But for now...
There are so many bugs I can't work on it. And it really grinds my gears because I already moved my project from Classic for the issues and limitations it had.

Is Windows 11 the issue? I don't think so...
Could it be my hardware configuration?

I'm using Max on my current laptop, Intel Core i7 12th gen, 16GB of RAM and a RTX 3050 with latest drivers installed.

Looks decent for requirements. But the fact is, GG Max is running really bad on my system.
Does anyone have problems with complete projects exported?

Its running just fine for me but you don't say what the issues are.
Definitely not a Windows 11 problem as most of us use that and so far I haven't had any problems with Standalone but i do create my own assets so rarely have to worry about 3rd party models giving me problems,

you're using a laptop so first thing to check is if it's actually running on your dedicated GPU and not the onboard graphics card
