Was working on an app in agk but if I release it on steam does it require purchase of agk also?

I would think not because the game would be expensive but I'm not sure.

this is still not the correct forum to ask about AGK but to answer the question - no, users are not required to own AGK, you will be uploading an .EXE that runs on it's own with the supplied media etc
