Since I bought Game Guru Max it has never worked.

It starts to launch but ends with an attached error message.

What can I test?

Fortunately, I still have my Game Guru Classic to experiment with.

Other than that, I have a problem with Easter Agg game on Steam.

Last year I had it on my wishlist, but Steam never messaged me.

Now the date is over again.

What is this wishlist for? To nothing ?

Should I wait another year? I'm fed up and it's an unpleasant experience for a user.

Steam inform you of things on your wish list not TGC
However i think the Eater pack is free for everyone now ?
Check out your DLC section on Steam

The AMD issue is still being dealt with.
Its an AMD driver issue that is basically being a right pain.
It may help though if you give us an English translation of that error message as we cannot really copy and paste a pic into a translator.

it's just the normal "x has stopped working - we'll close it and let you know if there's a solution"

Ok I understand but I was not informed by Steam.
The Easter pack is free but I can't download it.
With some Gameguru updates, I have some parts of this pack but not all of the items (eg the bunny princess character)

The translation of the message was made by @smallg and I verified that it was a good translation.
Excuse me @syncromess, I didn't think about the translation when I wrote my post.

1) In the attached file, you can see a screen capture of a comparison between 3 graphic cards Amd Radeon on the website the link of which was provided by 3com.



2) Second link provided by 3com : that video was deleted

3) I never had a problem when I executed GG MAX ( TGC version) with my graphic card Amd Radeon RX 580 ( 8Gbytes VRAM) , but it seems that this card is currently not compatible with GG MAX Steam version.
Therefore I had to uninstall the Steam version and reinstall the TGC version.

Th RX580 should work just fine. Its what Lee is using.
But the 520 is below the minimum spec.
If your using the old downloadable version of Max its way out of date .. So much more has been added and changed since then.

Thanks for your answer @3com, I only have 8 GB of Ram.
The problem is this: when I bought GGMax, the minimum requirement was not that high.
Another very bad experience for me as a buyer. Maybe for now I should change my focus to another company.
Or free products... It's very disappointing.
Especially when you buy on promises that are not kept.

I am one of the first buyers of GGMax on the GGMax site and then TGC decided to transfer GGMax to Steam.
So I don't see how to go back.

Ok so I am no longer buying products for GGMax and will stick with GGClassic.
While taking a look at the other products that exist on the market.

@synchromesh, thank you for your advice. It is good to know that Lee Bamber is using the same graphic card as mine.
I'll try again to install the latest Steam version (V1) because when I ran a few of the demo projects provided with the latest beta on Steam, GG MAX shutdowned after a few seconds. Later I played these demos with GG MAX (latest alpha version on my account TGC) they worked correctly.

@Brother, I understand your disappointment. I wish you good luck with your quest of a game engine compatible with your graphic
card.

I will be careful when I change my laptop. (already 5 yo )
In the meantime, all my other applications are working fine, including a lot of TGC applications. So my situation is not so bad.

Overall I'm happy with TGC and the great community.
