To my knowledge its written to be only used once.
Once it has done its job an triggered whatever you want it to do It could not do it again anyway.

should look like this:

im trying to use entity in zone but is not working properly and it triggering when im not in the trigger zone

The npcinzone is for an NPC \ character \ to activate something when he walks on it ..
It should not work for the player so there is some confusion here i think.
