So, if you create a FLAT level... you can't use the terrain tools? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EqSZkjXmFgw

I created a flat snowy level - when I go to add hills and mountains with the terrain tool nothing happens.

As mentioned in your other posts please post any bugs on the Github and not the forums.

This however is not a bug anyway
For a flat level you can move all the sliders to zero except the "height"
If you put height to zero you are on the ground layer that is fixed and cannot be raised or lowered.
No one ever really leaves.
