How to fix this error when opening Gameguru?

I had this error once. I reinstalled GG and run it as administrator. Try that and remember to backup your stuff.

Your GG version is extremely old by the way. If you update it, that may alleviate the problem too.

Some newer entities, DLC features and etc reference content you may be missing as a result of using a 2018 build.
