I tried to change the transparency - transparency = 3.
No luck

It has nothing to do with transparency, that shader is outdated; sorry, the solution is not easy if you don't have HLSL skills.

In the FPE file change the animate64.fx to animate8.fx
It's been awhile, but I think that fixes it.
