With Physics off everything works great except I walk through the wall but with the physics on everything is crazy, wall shakes, and when opening it with door slide behavior it goes flying away.

Does anyone know what would cause these issues?

I got the wall off of sketchfab, it was free.

Yes, it's probably due to scaling, MAX has issues rotating scale entities.

Try setting the issimobile flag on the wall.
Been there, done that, got all the T-Shirts!
