Asked for and ignored:

MAX has better graphics for sure, but for better terrain blending options, you'd have to switch back to Classic because it's no comparison at the moment MAX is outclassed, but nothing a simple slider couldn't fix!

@Kraven W - It's not been ignored. You submitted the request a mere 7 days ago and it was labeled by TGC as an enhancement. So, they've seen it, are aware of it, and labeled it appropriately. They are in the midst of heavy bug squashing, as they've stated several times during the last several live broadcasts. That means that their concentration has not been on adding enhancements to MAX. Cut them some slack as MAX is still in Early Access and this is something that they know about (even before your request) and I would bet it will make it in there at some point.

From the end-user's perspective, a slider is "simple". From the developer's perspective, it's anything but simple when you consider all that's going on ...

@Monkey Frog, May 10th was many more days ago than 7. I meant there wasn't much additional discussion or thoughts on the topic from other community members in that thread; not that the dev team ignored my request. Though you're right, I absolutely should have phrased it differently. TGC is absolutely listening and considering all requests they receive from the community.

Or it is simple, but it just isn't a priority at the moment. Hard to say. I certainly won't since I'm not a programmer. Well, I suppose I already did.

@Kraven W - Sorry about that! I think I got that 7 days from looking at the last post in the thread and not the first. My error. I apologize!

In any case, if you look at most of the feature requests on GitHub, there are few that have any discussions from anyone on TGC staff. That's not an indicator of their interest in the request. It's just not what GitHub is for.

Not meaning disrespect but

I was talking to lee not you through request you chirped in unwanted anyway and was extremely rude with your unwarranted comment. I forgive you and i got a good diplomatic response from Synchromesh. How ever please can you hold back a bit on people on here i know its a debate but i am allowed to moan as you are to preach and help. Maybe i can be a bit iffy too but i erased my mesaage when i got a more answer to my question. And you maybe if i can say it politely tone it down... Said with the upmost respect

@science boy - Sorry you saw a response of mine on GitHub as somehow rude. My responses are rarely rude (and definitely not intended to be). To the point, yes. Rude, no. Just like this one. I respond if I have an answer, which I probably did at that time, though I don't recall the conversation, to be honest. Remember, this is text without inflection, like we would get if there was a face and voice (as if we were in person). Often, when reading text, especially if the text is not in agreement with what we want to read, we read it in a manner that makes it seem confrontational when, in fact, it may not be.

I will continue to respond and help where I think I can help. That's what a Monkey Frog does.

Github was or should be a direct line to TGC; the user publishes an error in the software and TGC rates it and decides if it is an error and if so proceeds to solve it when possible.
GitHub is not a chat, or a forum, or anything like that; GitHub isn't a place to opine, or offer miracle cures, or anything like that, or at least it didn't use to be.
The user voluntarily posts a bug to help TGC and the software, TGC, and only TGC should respond to that bug.
Since this has changed, and because of these changes TGC closes your bug reports, I personally am done posting bug reports to TGC on GitHub.

Yes you can post suggestions on the Github, they are usually Marked as Enhancement.
Here the Dev Team wont see them.
No one ever really leaves.
