Please send me the texture via PM, i will see what's going on.
Please remember you need to have the AO, Roughness & Metalness Maps for the Color texture you are trying to use, you cannot just change the color map of an already created texture it simply will not work.
Step 1 create your color texture save as PNG
Step 2 to create a Normal, AO, Roughness & metalness from your color texture.
Step 3 create a surface map from your AO, Roughness & Metalness maps using xPack
Step 4 rename you colour map to Color.png, your normal to Normal.png and your surface to Surface.png these PNG's need to be 32 bit
Step 4 use xTextureConverter or your own paint software save the color.png as DDS BC7, Normal as DDS BC5 and the surface as DDS BC1
