Hi,
I bought GameGuru Max on April 2021 (Version 1.0). I installed it then after 1 month, I uninstalled it and went back to GameGuru Classic.
Today, I downloaded the tiniyInstaller on my product list and I have this error when the updater want to download the GG Max core:

""Failed to parse file list, please try again (error code 4: User doesn't own product)"

Is that due to the fact that I own an old version?
Is that due to the fact that I changed my ecount email since I bought GG Max?

The support has solutionned my problem.
here is the solution:

Please try this;

Download the latest tiny installer from the products tab download in his TGC account - Products list - TheGameCreators
Delete the folder here: "C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\AGKApps\TheGameCreators"
Then do a fresh install, including verifying with their TGC account which should be exactly the same as the one they purchased the pre-order with.
